You are cordially invited to attend the Strategic PA Network’s POWER HOUR ONLINE event on Thurs, 10th October 2024 at 12:30pm. ‘Navigating Loss as an EA: Building Support and Resilience in the Workplace’ with Jess Goyder.
Join Strategic PA Network and Jess Goyder , for a meaningful and in-depth discussion, hosted online.
Loss is a universal human experience. Yet we often feel uncomfortable even talking about it, least of all at work. The impact of loss, including bereavement, divorce and chronic illness, isn’t something anyone can simply leave at home.
Compared to the significant personal and financial costs of getting it wrong, from people leaving their roles forever to presenteeism, the benefits of an informed, compassionate response to loss can be tremendous, creating the conditions where leaders and employees can fully show up and give their very best.
How can EAs support themselves and their C-suite team to foster a culture of loss literacy?
In this Power Hour, we’ll delve into a fresh definition of grief and its impact, discover new ways to develop your own capacity to navigate emotional challenges, and learn how to make sure others in your team are fully supported.
You’ll gain:
– An elevated understanding of loss and how it impacts your life and work.
– How to keep building your own resilience in the face of challenges.
– What to say and do, and how to support your team when the worst happens.
We welcome you to note any questions you may have for us upon registration for this event. We like to make our online sessions as interactive as possible!
