You’ll gain clarity on what distinguishes a Level 1 Assistant through to a Level 5 Director of Administration, and how this framework can support career development, performance reviews, pay benchmarking and succession planning.

This session is designed for HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams and business leaders who are looking to better understand, structure and elevate the Executive Assistant function within their organisation.
